Normally, as I designer – when I am unsure about a design decision that I want to make – I reference other projects – one’s that I have done myself or photos from the portfolio of other great designers. There are great websites out there – whether blogs, interior designers/decorators portfolio pages, houzz.com, interiordesign.net, luxesource.com, etc. When dreaming about your next project – make sure you “see” what your ideas will look like – so as to minimize that second guessing that keeps you up at night!
